The bank is committed to great customer services in Deposit and Loan areas of the bank. The bank has a customer service representative at each location to help with any questions related to consumer or business deposits and its services. They can answer questions related to checking, savings, certificate of deposit, and IRAs. They help customers with Internet Banking setup and password reset, mobile banking, and debit cards.

Each location also has a loan officer and secretary to help with any business or consumer loan questions. The mortgage department is located at the 431 Branch. The consumer loans can be used for cars, recreational vehicles, debt consolidation, Home Equity Loans, and many other consumer loans. The business loans can be used for business real estate, business vehicle/equipment, and business operating expense. The bank is also an Agriculture Lender. The bank offers crop notes, cattle loans, farmland, and ag equipment loans.
